Thanks to Influenster, I got to watch a Language learning programs for kids. It was a short 3 minute clip. I saw the Italian for Kids greetings and animals video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3kmj3PQBtEU). I really liked the clip. The clip starts off with two dinosaurs who greet each other in Italian (ciao!) and then there are pictures of animals (animali). I learned how to say cat„ dog, bird, and fish in Italian. The clip was fun to watch and the words were repeated a lot so I didn’t forget them. Repetition certainly helps me to remember words and seeing pictures of each animal helped me associate each word with that animal. I think that this is a very good program for children (and adults) who want to learn another language.

Steps:

1. Gather your hair at the nape of your neck (no ponytail holder needed)

I really liked how well the pins worked for me. I always have wanted to make a bun but never could. With these spin pins, it makes it so much easier for me! I can also play around with different styles. The package was a little hard to open I thought but the pins are amazing so it was worth it.

This was designed to be for newbies and I am definitely a newbie at false lashes! The instructions were so easy to understand and the lashes applied perfectly. I would recommend this to falsies newbies! The little tweezers were perfect for holding the lashes. I would say, follow the instructions completely! They are so so helpful.

You can really see how the black eyeshadow is super- shimmery in the pictures above and are less shimmery than the black but they still sparkle. The primer does its job to make the colors stand out more as you can see from the swatches. More on the primer later. 

I like the colors in this palette and they are buildable. You can put on the colors as lightly or darkly as you want. The colors are not chalky and there is not a lot of fallout, actually. I think the color payoff is really good for the price of these palettes. My favorite is the gray all over lid shade. 

The primer does its job but it is not my favorite because my eyelids are oily so I felt like the primer wasn’t as good as other primers (like the Urban Decay Primer Potion). But for the price of $4.99, it is good. The illuminator was a cream form of the white eyeshadow. 

Tips: You can use the black shadow here as an eyeliner if you wet your brush a bit. The applicators in palettes I never use because they aren’t that good so I use an eyeshadow brush. 

I give this a B+

The scented candle I got was Cider Lane. It’s described as As sweet as the trip to the local apple orchard each year, a delicious fall blend of mulled cider, warm caramel and sweet cinnamon.

 First of all the smell is amazing. I have the Cider Lane candle and let me tell you, it smells just like the way it is supposed to. I can smell apples strongly in this and caramel and then I get hints of cinnamon. The smell is so comforting to me because of the caramel smells (which for some reason I associate with home). Long after  blowing out the candle, the smell still lingered. I also really like the glass containers they come in; I just think it is so adorable. After the candle is done, you can reuse the glass jars. I will admit these candles are a bit pricey so I suggest what you do is wait for a sale and use coupons and the like and they become affordable.

The first thing I love about this lip balm is that it last literally ALL DAY. I didn’t need to keep applying it but I did because it feels so nice and smells amazing! 

I also love love love the packaging. It is the cutest thing ever. First of all it comes in an adorable package. The tube shape is not circular but instead it’s oval which I really liked because it didn’t roll away from me like other round lip balms do. 

And then there is an adorable bee slider to slide up the lip balm. It was so cute.

This lip balm is so effective at moisturizing my lips and it lasts all day which I’ve never experienced with a lip balm before. I also love that the ingredients are things I can actually pronounce and are familiar to me. Also the shea butter in this lip balm is ORGANIC. And guess how much this balm costs? 

Around $3

It’s such a good price for an amazing lip balm!

Needless to say I will be buying this again.

I liked this product a lot because it works and it is inexpensive. In my household, we air dry dishes but the counter gets wet and it is very annoying to use paper towels all the time. With the Dish Drying Mat, the water was absorbed and it was less messy. My mom also loved this product and I will definitely be buying her one from Bed Bath and Beyond!  The thing I liked about this was that it could be machine washed. This did not even take up room in the kitchen because it was foldable. This is truly a miracle for the kitchen!
